About

My passion for health and fitness blossomed during my initial studies in sports and exercise science. During this period, foundational modules covering human physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and sports psychology equipped me with a robust understanding of movement principles, exercise science, and physical activity. This knowledge served as a sturdy base as I embarked on my physiotherapy journey, allowing me to seamlessly integrate sports and exercise principles into my practice.

Drawing from diverse experiences, including working pitchside in rugby and currently assisting elite academy footballers at a top Premier League academy, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. This multifaceted background enriches my ability to provide top-tier care to my patients.

Recognising the limitations of traditional healthcare settings, where long waiting lists and chronic pain often hinder treatment outcomes, I am committed to delivering exceptional service at Optimal Motion Physiotherapy. I strive to transcend these barriers by offering personalised, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.

On a personal level, my dedication to fitness and sports, coupled with empathy for those facing limitations, allows me to connect with patients on a deeper level. Additionally, my experience extends to treating chronic conditions such as back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as providing post-operative support.

My ultimate goal is clear: to deliver a premier service grounded in scientific research and collaborative care, guiding my patients towards their optimal selves.
