Elbow PAIN
The elbow serves as a vital hinge joint in our bodies, facilitating essential actions like bending and straightening the arm for tasks such as lifting objects or combing our hair. Much like the knee, it also offers a limited degree of rotational movement, allowing us to turn doorknobs or use screwdrivers effectively.

Among the most common issues affecting the elbow joint are tendinopathies, often triggered by repetitive stress. Lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow, targets the outside of the elbow, involving inflammation or degeneration of tendons attaching to this region. Conversely, medial epicondylitis, or golfer's elbow, mirrors tennis elbow but affects the tendons attaching to the inside of the elbow.

If left untreated, both conditions can lead to a gradual decline in tendon and muscle strength, eventually causing pain during routine activities. Hence, proper treatment is crucial to prevent these issues from escalating.
